Managers can assign permissions to individual users.

 

To set up a new user, simply edit an existing placeholder user record e.g. change "02@my.com" to a legit email and fill in the rest of the info.

 

Active = Yes / No. Inactive users cannot log in.

Manager = Yes / No. -only managers can add, edit, activate /deactivate and delete other users.

View cost, margin and gross profit = Yes / No.

Change Qty On Hand = Yes / No.

 

You cannot delete existing users since this would burn your audit trail. You can make users inactive, this will stop them from being able to log into the app.

 

When using store code SAMPLEDATA all users have all permissions, regardless of individual settings.
