in a multi-store (multi-location) deployment it may be necessary to transfer inventory from one location to another. The steps you tke depend on what the SOURCE of your on hand quantities is.

 

If you use a host accounting system, and create purchase orders in the host: Inventory Transfers - Hosted Acme

 

If you use Stand Alone or Push interface: Inventory Transfers - Stand Alone Acme

 

A Push interface is one that acts a repository for data but is not the source of items or customers. For example AccountMate Push, or QuickBooks. If you do not know what type of interface you have launch the Acme Data Pump and look at your Host Name.
