Item was not found during transaction entry.
To sell things that are not yet set up in the system consider MISC item(s).
If you have a lot of items that are not in the inventory file you may want to set up a MISC item for each department and/or consider setting up Template Items

MISCPRODUCE, MISCMEAT, MISCSERVICE
You may also want to consider setting up MISCTAXABLE and MISCNOTAX items and perhaps MISCSNAP, MISCNOSNAP to properly handle special item types.
Create appropriate Department(s) like SERVICE, SHIPPING, LABOR etc.
When setting up the miscellaneous items...
Un-check Merge Scan
Set List Price to $0 if it is variable.
Mark as taxable or not, as appropriate.
Do not mark the item as stocking.
Put them into appropriate Department
