Print preview of report does not fit on page, may not fit on paper, margin appears off.

 

1) check the default page size of the Windows default printer. Ensure it is set to at least 8.5 x 11. If there is not a default windows printer installed, then install one.

 

2) Check Windows DPI Settings. The size of text apps and other items should be set to 100%. Method for changing the settings varies depending on the version of Windows you are using. If you do not know how to change the setting find someone who does or search the internet for "change DPI settings on Windows 10"   or "change DPI settings on Windows 11", etc.

 

3) Check >Windows >System >Display >Scale. If it is not 100% make it so.

 

4) If you want to try to make things appear larger to easier to read try reducing (yes reducing) the resolution of the display. Acme was designed for 1024 x 768. That is the standard size for most of the POS sale terminals manufactured. The resolution setting is also in Windows >Settings >System >Display.
