Three users exist. Their names are Administrator, Manager and Clerk.

Three Groups exist. They are Administrator, Manager, and Clerk.

You guessed it, Administrator is a member of the Administrator Group, Manager is a member of the Manager Group and Clerk is a member of the Clerk Group.

 

The Administrators Group has all privileges.

The Managers Group has slightly fewer.

The Clerks Group has the least.

 

Administrator has a default password of "acme"

None of the sample users have passwords assigned, just leave the password field blank.

 

Privileges can be assigned to Users or Groups but best practice dictates assigning privileges to Groups and then making Users members of Groups.
