Error messages you may incur using Acme Mobile Staff
Error Connecting to remote database!
-Most deployments are NOT available via cellular. Check to make sure your device is connected to the store's WIFI nework.
-visit the Setup page and confirm settings.
Cannot Scan Bar Codes with Camera
-You try but NOTHING happens.
On Android:
Go into Phone Settings >Apps >Acme Point of Sale
In the “APP SETTINGS” section look for Permissions. Make sure the app has permission to use the camera.
Make sure the Suggested Camera Barcode Scanner Helper Apps you installed can access the camera.
If you receive another error message report the error number to Total BusinessWare tech support.
