Display Customer Notes Y/N If a customer has a Note would you like it displayed when that customer is selected for Ticket Entry?
Customer Note Alert Types 1, 2 and 3
Enter Alert text that can will appear as a headline when a customer note is displayed. .
If you have multiple stores, configure same Note Alerts in Central and at each Satellite Store.
To add notes to customers and assign the note type see >Customers >Customer >Notes Tab Customer Notes
Note Display Check boxes. - Allow you to determine when notes should be displayed and printed.
