Click >Utilities Tab >Empty Database
You must be a member of the Manager or Administrator Group to perform this task.
Choose the Acme data tables that you would like to totally purge of data. Typically the only time this is done is when you have used the Acme sample data and you are ready to replace it with your own data. You would also want to do this is you were going to re-install Acme and you do not want all or part of the "old" data to be in the new install.
It is rare to want to empty Terminal Tables or Tender Types. Theses are usually easier to edit than to create from scratch.
If you want to purge Acme sample data and start entering your own by hand or by importing from your accounting system then choose Empty Tables for First Time Bridge. If you are going to use multi-rate sales tax then run the routine twice, once for first time bridge and a second time to empty the Sales Tax Tables.
