During Ticket Entry, Acme's initial state is "Ready to scan item..."
Scan or enter any Item number or PLU.
Since Acme is ready for items, the LIST of FIND buttons will list or find items.
The list is initially sorted by Item Description and if you start typing it will search description. You do not have to click into a data entry field, just start typing. The text you type is displayed in bottom left corner.
Click or tap Item No to change the sort order and search to item number.
The results are returned instantly even if you have on more than 250,000 items.
Use the Select button or <enter> to select the highlighted record.

Click >F2 while the Inventory List is displayed and you can use expanded Inventory Item Look Up
