Gift / Loyalty Payment Processor -choices vary based on Payment Server. Acme works with all processors in the USA and select processors in Canada.
DNS Host Names or IP Addresses -host names are preferred unless static IP's are assigned. If using a single terminal the loop back I.P. of 127.0.0.1 works well.
Unless loop back, best practice dictates that if possible you use host name instead of IP address and if you use IP address the server should be setup with a static rather than dynamic IP address.

Gift Processing
Process Gift Cards Y/N
Gift Card Merchant Number -supplied by your gift card processor.
Factor4 use "1" or "loc..." either seems to work with most programs.
Gift Card Inventory Item -the inventory item that is added to transactions when you sell a gift card.
Loyalty Processing
Process Loyalty Cards: Choose from Off, Selected Processor or Acme
Loyalty Card Merchant ID -supplied by your loyalty card processor.
Factor4 use "1" or "loc..." either seems to work with most programs.
Control not active unless the Gift/Loyalty Processor select at top of screen requires a Merchant ID.
Loyalty Discount Inventory Item -the inventory item that is added to transactions when you issue a loyalty card.
