Default Inventory Item Lookup type
Choose from Super Find, Item Number, Item Description, Product Lookup, Vendor Part Number, Sticky Controls (last one used, per terminal)
Item Notes
Important: If you have multiple stores, configure same notes in Central and at each store.
Display in Ticket Entry Yes/No
Globally shut off or enable display of notes in Ticket Entry. Only items with configured as such will display their notes. See Item Notes
Alert Type 1, 2 and 3.
Describe the alert types you would like to use. These help categorize, and also serve as a Headline at the top of the note.
The default values are:
Clerk Note (notes for staff)
Customer Note (notes the staff should share with the customer)
Clerk & Customer Note (both)
Enable Set On Hand Privilege Yes/No
Set this to yes in Satellite Stores, so they can maintain their own on hands. The user must still have the "Set Inventory On Hand" privilege.
Enable Management Store Y/N - If used, this should be set to Yes in Central and Store 1. This field is disable and treated as NO at stores 2-999.
Allows store 001 values to over-write Central values of certain fields if store time stamp is more recent than Central's. Management Fields are individually time stamped and include:
