Customer Price Codes
•Price Code DEFAULT is the code we use for Walk In customers. This is generally the highest price we charge anyone.
•Price Code SENIOR is reserved for Senior Citizen pricing.
•Price Code FREQUENT” is for our Frequent Shoppers. These are generally the lowest prices we publish.
Assuming you are assigned the privilege, customers added on the fly during Ticket Entry can be assigned any Price Code you wish.
You can change a customer’s Price Code in Ticket Entry. You can also change it for a single transaction, but it only affects the current transaction.
Sale Price Codes
Sale Starts January 1, 2001 and ends December 31, 2024. (normally this would be much shorter)

TPR Price Code
TPR is Temporary Price Reduction. The start date is 1/1/2001 and end date is 12/31/2049. 'Temporary" refers to the item / price code relationship, not to the length of the sale. Items are only temporarily assigned this Price Code, often to allow for "until they are gone" promotions that are super easy to set up and take down, especially if you use our mobile app.
In the Sample data all Squash has been put on TPR. As levels sell down the TPR price code can be removed from the item.

Mix and Match Price Codes
•Price Code MM SODA is for mix and match pricing. 12 for for 6.00. Seniors and Frequent Shoppers can buy full cases for even less.
•Epson Ink 19.95 each. Mix and match all colors 3 for 49.95.
