If you wish to use your Dymo Twin Turbo with the Acme Mobile Staff app or other applications that cannot choose right or left side on the fly simply install the printer three times.

Add the word "BOTH" to the first instance, then go to >Preferences > Paper / Quality and set it to automatically select right or left roll.

Next go to the >Printer Properties >Device Settings page and set proper label stock for Right and Left.

Go the PORTS tab and make a note of the port the printer is installed on. For example USB001.

Create the second instance of the printer by clicking "Add a Printer" and "The printer I want was isn't listed". Then choose to "Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings. Follow the wizard and enter the port you noted above. Add the word LEFT to the name of the printer.

Create third instance in same manner as you created second. Add "RIGHT" to its name.

When you are done you will only see one printer in the list. Usually it is the last one you created.

Important: If you are using Windows 10, go to the main Printers and Scanners page and make sure "Let Windows manage my default printer" is NOT selected.

If you need to change label sizes or further manage the printer, select the Dymo Printer (as shown above) and choose "Manage":

Use the drop down list as illustrated below to select the instance you wish to manage.

Now Windows programs will present the three different Dymo printers and you can choose the one you want.

BOTH is only useful if you select AUTO during printing. This tells the system that if one roll runs out of labels it is ok to switch printing to the other roll. The assumption is that both sides of the Twin turbo have the same size label stock loaded.
