Click > Transaction > Add Missed Loyalty Points

 

Typically, an “I did not get my points” scenario should include the customer presenting a receipt that shows that no points were issued. Ensure the receipt is from after your program start date, and use Acme > Transaction > Add Missed Loyalty Points. Enter the ticket number to issue the points to the customer.

 

If you do not have a receipt to work from, use the Acme Data Miner reports in section called “Acme Customer Loyalty Program” to review data and determine tickets suitable for points issuance.
