Available in Customer Maintenance via binocular button  

 

In Customer Maintenance click the Look Up Button or binocular icon. In Ticket Entry click F3 then F2 twice when Acme is "Ready to Scan Item". -you don't have to remember this, just follow the on screen prompts.

 

Find what you want fast, even if you have 250,000 customers. Select a customer by clicking the blue hyperlink. More tips below.

 

 

 

 

Super Find can be used to search for one or more key words in the customer name. Adjust the Super Find Match Type to meet your needs, The settings shown above tend to work very well for most situations as they accommodate abbreviations and misspellings.

 

Example: Black, BLACK, BLK, Louver, LVR, Johnson, Janson, etcetera, etc.

 

Sort by rank and best match floats to the top of the list.

 

Search settings are saved on your workstation when you click the close button. they can also come from >Maintenance >POS Terminal Setup >Customers
