Click >Customers >Customers
The Customer Navigation (Nav.) view is displayed. Choose a customer from the list or look one up. Then choose an action from the buttons on the right.
New -add new customer
Edit -edit highlighted customer
Delete -delete highlighted customer. Subject to rules, see: Remove Old Records
Rec View -view highlighted customer
The EDIT and REC VIEW buttons take you to the Customer Maintenance Screen.
If you are going to edit the record the ability to clicking Edit here saves you one click on the next screen. (we prefer to think of it as being efficient, not lazy)
Find Invokes enhanced customer lookup screen including Super Find.
Inquiry -view past transactions for highlighted customer.
Label -print mailing label for highlighted customer.
