Enter 1 or 2 HOLD TICKET notes specific to this customer, and tell Acme how/when you would like the notes used.
Message 1 can pop up (and print) when the customer has a Ticket placed on Hold Status 1.
Message 2 can pop up (and print) when the customer has a Ticket placed on Hold Status 2.
For example, Bill Johnson drops off some dry cleaning. The clerk starts a ticket and places it on hold. The first hold status in your system is "Item Dropped Off". The message could be "Ask Mr. Bill if he wants extra starch this week".
