Enter 3 and 4 HOLD TICKET notes specific to this customer, and tell Acme how/when you would like the notes used.
Message 3 can pop up (and print) when the customer has a Ticket placed on Hold Status 3.
Message 4 can pop up (and print) when the customer has a Ticket placed on Hold Status 4.
For example, with a Dry Cleaner the Hold Status settings could be
1 Dropped Off
2 WIP
3 Done
4 Customer Notified.
For customer Bill Johnson, message 3 could be "Call Bill to notify his stuff is done" and message 4 could be empty.
