During Ticket Entry >F11 > Then click Managers Key button.
This function may also be added to an F-Key (function key).
In Acme the Managers Key is a software concept. We allow you to restrict the privileges granted to clerks and have managers log on during a transaction to do the restricted tasks.
After the transaction is completed Acme automatically reverts back to the clerk's privileges.
Note: If you want to switch back to the clerk just press F11 <enter> (since Manager's Key is the highlighted function) or press appropriate F-key. The logged in user when the ticket is saved is the one that gets printed (saved) with the ticket.
