Set Import Type to "Pricing Data" to import pricing based on:

Quantity Breaks

Customer Price Code

Special (date driven) Pricing. Note if you include Start Date you must include End Date as well.

You can import the actual unit price OR a percentage off List Price and the importer will calculate the each price for you.

unitprice1...unitprice6 -if your file includes the unit price you wish to import.

pricedisc1...pricedisc6 -if your file includes the percentage you want the importer to use to calculate the unit price for you. Example:

List Price 10.00

pricedisc1 = 20

the price will be $8.00

Location Code can be imported but it is only used for label printing. Price Price Codes are not location specific. For example, you may have an item that is .79 each and 3 for 2.29. It may not be sold at all of your stores. Import Shelf, Item and/or Sign batch id's along with the location codes for the stores that sell that item (or need a sign/label)

Example CSV file or spreadsheet:

ITEMNO, QTYBREAK1, UNITPRICE1, PRSTARTDT, PRENDDT, PRICECODE, PRICETYPE

ITEMNO should match Item Number for an item already in Acme

QTYBREAK1 would be the quantity necessary to get unitprice1. If they special was 2 for $5 QtyBreak1 should be 2 and unitprice1 should be 2.50

UNITPRICEn is the price for a single unit, not the price for the quantity in that row.

PRSTARTDR and PRENDDT are the start and end date of the special in format MM/DD/YYYY

PRICECODE is a unique identifier in Acme and is associated with the start and end dates. Do not re-use price codes with different dates unless you want everything associated with that price code to use the new dates. This column is required, for default pricing use DEFAULT.

PRICETYPE should be SPECIAL or CUSTOMER, if this column is omitted CUSTOMER specific pricing will be created.

It's ok to have cells that contain no price. A record with $0.00 will be created. If desired these can be deleted.

Acme includes several predefined definitions for import of inventory data, use them or create your own.

Import button not active?  Close other Acme screens. If the issue continues validate for required columns.
