Here are a some of the rules you can use to tag a customer:
Rules can be combined. For example you could easily tag customers that:
•Purchased some item(s) but not other item(s). For example shampoo but not conditioner, dog food but not dog bones, a desk but not a chair.
•Have YTD (year to date) or LTD (life to date) sales of a certain amount and are located within certain zip code(s), this is useful for targeted mailings and for example could be combined with purchased or did not purchase certain items.
