Brings back all of the original items and pricing while reversing the quantities. You can reverse a sale, return or combined ticket. You cannot reverse a previously voided ticket.
Delivery address and sales tax rate from original ticket will be used. The total price of the reversed ticket is the opposite of the original ticket.
The ticket that is created does not include tender. The clerk must choose appropriate tender. The new ticket only serves as a starting point. All aspects of the ticket can be edited including customer, pricing, quantities, delete or add items etc.
Cannot be used for tickets that contain Received On Account lines. Consider Void Ticket instead.
